The Snellen distance chart was originally designed by Herman Snellen and is still being used by eye care professionals. It has become the basis for many vision chart developments. Visual acuity from 0.2 to 1.25 (20/100 to 20/16). Test distance 3m (10ft). Optotypes: Letters. Black printing on white, non-translucent plastic. Can be illuminated from the front or back. Chart size: 23 x 35,5 cm.
