Maddox Phoria measure (Art. no.: 80351)



The Maddox phoria measure is used to determine the approximate phoria.

Functional details



Simply test for phorias! Either horizontally or vertically. The prism compensates the phoria, when the patient turns it with both eyes open. Patient is asked to turn the red line onto the fixation light. Disc has appr. 1mm "freedom" from batch to batch, but this will not affect the results.

  • Prism in 25mm diameter

  • Length of device: 14cm

  • Prism in device can be turned in 360°
